Factor review – second batch of factors released

MHCLG has released the second batch of factors following the review that started on 19 May 2026. The second batch includes factors for non-Club transfers in, early and late retirement, trivial commutation, inverse commutation, added pension and AVCs to added pension or transfer credits.
