The Local Government (Early Termination of Employment) (Discretionary Compensation) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 are revoked by The Local Government (Early Termination of Employment) (Discretionary Compensation) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006 (SI2006/2914) but continue in effect subject to the savings in Schedule 2. The latest version for those affected by the savings is shown below and in relation to to these persons the regulations continue to apply.
